Refund policy

We understand that when shopping online, you may order something that does not meet your expectations. Should for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of your purchases, we will happily accept them back provided it be:

1. within 7 days of receipt of the purchase
2. within 30 days of being dispatched from us
3. arrive back to us within 30 days of despatch by the purchaser.

We also offer exchanges for garment that do not fit just right. Simply send the garment back to use requesting a different size and, provided we have that size in stock, we will send it back to your at not extra shipping cost.
Please send us an email advising of return where 30 days of the original purchase has occurred.
In return for this liberal policy, we simply ask that you keep all the original tags applied to the item and that the garment hasn't been worn, apart from an initial try-on.
If there are any manufacturing defects we will repair them for you, any other repairs can be done for a small fee.
Freight or any other costs will only be charged once to fulfill your order, this means if you require a replacement garment from the original order this will be at our cost.
Returning items may alter your original order value. If returning an item affects your order's eligibility for free shipping or product discounts, these may be reversed and deducted from your refund.
Should you require a credit for a returned purchase we will refund the full purchase price of the garment (excluding any freight or other costs that may have been charged).
The return postage and delivery charges are not refundable unless we have made an error with your order.
