Shipping Policies
New Zealand Deliveries
- Free Delivery within New Zealand for orders over NZ$120.
- Orders under NZ$120 to domestic addresses will have NZ$9.00 shipping cost added to the total cost of the order.
- Orders under NZ$120 to rural addresses will have NZ18.00 shipping cost added to the total cost of the order.
All deliveries within NZ will be by courier, through PBT Couriers, unless they are to a P.O. Box, in which case they will be delivered via NZ Post. All deliveries by PBT Couriers require a signature upon delivery.
Should you not receive your order within 7 working days please contact customerservice@wildsouthclothing.co.nz. You will be advised within 48 hours the status of your order. Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
*Due to current high variance in freight costs, orders to the outlying islands of New Zealand may be subject to additional surcharges after orders have been confirmed. Wild South will contact customers to communicate any additional costs for acceptance and confirmation of additional payment prior to the dispatch of goods. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will always do our best to minimise any cost to our customers.
International Deliveries
- Free Delivery within Australia for orders over NZ$300.
- Orders under NZ$300 will have NZ$35.00 added to cost of order.
- Orders outside of Australia and New Zealand will have a minimum NZ$75 shipping cost.
International orders are sent using New Zealand Posts' International Air Service. Delivery to key destinations can take between 2 and 4 weeks.

Should your order be received in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately on customerservice@wildsouthclothing.co.nz stating the issue to be resolved.
Deliveries to locations outside of New Zealand may incur tax or duty charges. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the sole responsibility of the delivery recipient / purchaser prior to delivery.

Leave at Door
If you would like us to leave your parcel at the door, please let us know in the 'Delivery Notes' section. Please use your discretion when choosing to leave parcels at the door. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are stolen after delivery.
