Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may differ for shipping within NZ, to Australia, or Internationally. You can find out more about our shipping policies here

It depends on where you are. Orders are usually processed and dispatched by the following business day. You will then receive a notification with your tracking number.
After being dispatched, your order can take 3-5 business days to arrive within NZ, up to 10 business days for orders to Australia, or up to 15 business days internationally.
Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your garment, we offer refunds for the amount paid for the garment or an exchange for a different size or a different style of the same value. You can find out more about our refund & exchange policies here.

Wild South Members
Simply click on the "Unlock Members Rewards" button at the bottom of the screen, and fill out the form with your email address. After submitting it, you should receive a confirmation email, which you can use to finalise setting up your account with a password.
With that all set up, you can log in with your email and password whenever you browse our webstore.
Just make sure you are logged into your account during the checkout process, and the 5% off Member's discount on full-priced items will automatically be applied to the relevant product.
You may still need to finish setting up your account with a password. Check your email inbox (or spam folder) for an email from us. If you don't see one, feel free to contact our helpful team through the Chat button on our website or by emailing customerservice@wildsouthclothing.co.nz. We will resend that activation email to the email address you provide. After using that email to set up a password for your account, you should be able to log in as normal.
