New Zealand Deliveries
- Free Delivery within New Zealand for orders over NZ$80.
- Orders under NZ$80 will have NZ$7.00 added to cost of order.
All deliveries within NZ will be by courier, through PBT Couriers, unless they are to a P.O. Box, in which case they will be delivered via NZ Post. All deliveries by PBT Couriers require a signature upon delivery.
Should you not receive your order within 7 working days please contact email@example.com. You will be advised within 48 hours the status of your order. Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
Due to current high variance in freight costs, all orders to the outlying islands of New Zealand may be subject to additional surcharges after orders have been confirmed. Wild South will contact customers to communicate any additional costs for acceptance and confirmation of additional payment prior to the dispatch of goods. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will always do our best to minimise any cost to our customers.
- Free Delivery within Australia for orders over NZ$250.
- Orders under NZ$250 will have NZ$20.00 added to cost of order.
International orders are sent using New Zealand Posts' International Air Service. Delivery to key destinations can take between 2 and 4 weeks.

Should your order be received in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately on email@example.com stating the issue to be resolved.
Deliveries to locations outside of New Zealand may incur tax or duty charges. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the sole responsibility of the delivery recipient / purchaser prior to delivery.

We understand when shopping on-line you may order something that does not meet your expectations. Should for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of your purchases, we will happily accept them back provided it be:
- within 7 days of receipt of the purchase within 30 days of being dispatched from us
- arrive back to us within 30 days of despatch by the purchaser.
Please send us an email advising of return where 30 days of the original purchase has occurred. In return for this liberal policy we simply ask that you keep all the original tags applied to the item and that the garment hasn't been worn, apart from an initial try on. If there are any manufacturing defects we will repair them for you, any other repairs can be done for a small fee.
Freight or an other costs will only be charged once to fulfil your order, this means if you require a replacement garment from the original order this will be at our cost. Should you require a credit for a returned purchase we will refund the full purchase price of the garment (excluding any freight or other costs that may have been charged).

Leave at Door
If you would like us to leave your parcel at the door, please let us know in the 'Delivery Notes' section. Please use your discretion when choosing to leave parcels at the door. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are stolen after delivery.
