Melissa

I enjoy retail and find it rewarding when customers come back and say how many lovely complimentary comments they have received from their friends and family about their Wild South garments.

In my spare time I attend a social group I organized and started 10 years ago which meet twice a month. I have enjoyed meeting new people  and seeing the friendships that have developed over the years.

I am also a keen photographer with a passion for the outdoors, whether it’s to the beach, into the country or into the wilderness of New Zealand’s native bush land to capture the experience of the moment and all its beauty. 

Bakshinder

I have been working in the apparel industry for 9 years. Retail is all about fulfilling our customers’ needs and developing a long lasting relationship.

I love to interact with new people and helping them buy the right styles that suit them. In my free time I love to travel, go shopping and keeping up with the latest trends.  

Janne

I enjoying chatting to people, I have a sharp wit and a good sense of humour. I believe when you make people laugh, it lifts their spirits.

Outside of my working hours, my passion is music. I have friends in bands, music clubs, and recording studios.  I am currently working on my first album of 10 original songs, and I also perform as a soloist, but I prefer performing in duos trios and bands with my friends.

I sing, do backing vocals, and can play guitar, ukulele, harmonica and enjoy doing percussion too.

I also love to promote music, and have written over 50 columns in a local paper to help fellow musicians promote their gigs.

 

Alison

I enjoy working in retail, to have a fun interaction with all the customers whilst helping them choose new outfits, resulting in them leaving the store happy.  It has always been great to work in such a happy team in our Bethlehem store.

Outside of Wild South, I have several passions.  First and foremost is my family (my husband and two adult children, as well as our gorgeous pooch, Bentley).  I love knitting and I love to travel. 

Another passion of mine is Tiny Homes. We have our own and I am also an agent who sells them.  Last, but not least, I enjoy helping and caring for others and am constantly on the go with all of the above!
