DELIVERIES INSIDE NEW ZEALAND

All deliveries within New Zealand will be by courier, through PostHaste/Castle Parcels Couriers, unless they are to a P.O. Box OR islands within New Zealand other than mainland North & South, in which case they will be delivered via NZ Post. All deliveries by PostHaste Couriers require a signature upon delivery. Should you not receive your order within 7 working days please contact at customerservice@wildsouthclothing.co.nz. You will be advised within 48 hours the status of your order.

Should your order be received in an unsatisfactory condition please notify us immediately on customerservice@wildsouthclothing.co.nz stating the issue to be resolved. Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 09:00 am & 17:00 pm NZST. 

Orders to various islands within New Zealand other than mainland North and South Islands will incur a NZD$20 shipping fee regardless of value. If applicable, we will contact you in advance to confirm surcharge amounts if any prior to charging you or shipping your order. Should we, due to extenuating circumstances need to adjust the freight cost applicable to your order we will contact you in advance prior to charging you or shipping your order.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND

International orders are shipped using New Zealand Couriers & their associated global partners via International Air Services. Delivery to key destinations can take between 2 and 4 weeks. If your order either fails to arrive or isn't within the above timeframe please contact us at customerservice@wildsouthclothing.co.nz or call us on +64 3 366 8827.

Should your order be received in an unsatisfactory condition please notify us immediately on customerservice@wildsouthclothing.co.nz stating the issue to be resolved. Deliveries to locations outside of New Zealand may incur tax or duty charges. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the sole responsibility of the delivery recipient / purchaser prior to delivery. Should we, due to extenuating circumstances need to adjust the freight cost applicable to your order we will contact you in advance prior to charging you or shipping your order.
