Product Availability/Out of Stock Items
We endeavour to keep the web site as up-to-date as possible. However, items listed may not always be available at time of purchase. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, you will be notified and given the option to select a different colour, size, delay shipment until product is available, or cancel your order.
Product Pricing
From time to time the pricing on the online store may not be the most current price. Should this happen with any order you will be notified of any price discrepancies.
Note: All garment prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars (N$) and are inclusive of a Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 15%. International orders are exempt from GST.
Payment
Our policy is that credit cards are not charged until the status of the order has been confirmed. If an item is out-of-stock or unavailable, you will be notified before the payment is processed.

Canada
For all orders over N$500, and orders from other countries, a Direct Bank transfer including additional bank charges of N$25 is required. If your order is over N$500 or you are not from the countries listed above, please contact us@kauriclothing.co.nz to place your order.
Wild South vouchers are an accepted form of payment online. To redeem your voucher e-mail the Voucher number to us@kauriclothing.co.nz along with your order details.

All prices listed below exclude GST except for New Zealand which is GST inclusive. Shipping charges are based on size of package and weight.

All items shipped are covered by insurance; however items of total value greater than N$250 up to and including N$400 or 2kg weight will incur additional insurance charges of $10.00.
The purchasers of any items of total value greater than N$400 will be contacted via email and advised of any additional postage or insurance costs.
Deliveries inside New Zealand
All deliveries within NZ will be by courier, through Castle Parcels, unless they are to a P.O. Box, in which case they will be delivered via NZ Post. Should you not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us@kauriclothing.co.nz. You will be advised within 24 hours the status of your order.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
Deliveries outside New Zealand
International orders are sent using New Zealand Post’s International Air Service. Delivery to key destinations can take between 2 and 4 weeks.
If your order either fails to arrive within the above timeframe or it is damaged upon arrival please notify us immediately on us@kauriclothing.co.nz or phone +64 3 366 8827.
Returns Policy
If your garment does not arrive as expected or is damaged in anyway, then there is a 10-day no questions asked returns policy, providing however that the garments have not been worn and can be returned in the identical state to how they were received. The garments should still have the swing tags attached. Please contact us via our website if you experience any problems or would like to return the garment. Freight charges are not creditable. It is the customer’s responsibility to freight the item(s) back to Kauri Clothing Ltd, 400 St. Asaph Street, Christchurch 8015
Pricing Policy
All products are priced in New Zealand dollars, and GST will be subtracted from all International orders. We endeavour to keep our pricing as up-to-date as possible, if a discrepancy exists on the website from in-store, then the customer will be informed to determine if they wish to proceed with the order.
Import Taxes
Wild South is not obligated to pay any taxes on imported goods. Duties and taxes on international orders are assessed by national officials of the country that items are being imported into, and billed to you separately. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. Any additional duties, import taxes or other costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Privacy Information
All information provided to Wild South Clothing is held on a secure server. That information remains the sole property of Wild South Clothing and will not be provided to any other organisation or company.
Server Security
The Wild South Clothing website operates on SSL secure ordering system. The website is Identity Assured using COMODO Authentication and Security. Any information can be submitted with confidence.
Consumer Guarantees Act
All purchases are covered by the Consumer Guarantee Act.
