Product Availability/Out of Stock Items
We endeavour to keep the web site as up-to-date as possible. However, items listed may not always be available at time of purchase. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, you will be notified and given the option to select a different colour, size, delay shipment until product is available, or cancel your order.
Payment
It is our policy that credit cards are not charged until the day of shipping. If an item is out-of-stock or unavailable, you will be notified before the payment is processed.

For all orders over $500, and orders from other countries, a Direct Bank Debit is required. If your order is over $500 or you are not from the countries listed above, please contact Reception@kauriclothing.co.nz to place your order.
Wild South vouchers are an accepted form of payment online. To redeem your voucher e-mail the Voucher number to reception@kauriclothing.co.nz along with your order details.

Shipping
These prices include GST. Shipping charges are based on size of package. For large orders additional fees may apply. Customer will be contacted if this is the case.

Deliveries inside New Zealand
All deliveries within New Zealand are through Castle Parcels. Deliveries can take 5 to 7 working days (especially between Islands or to rural delivery addresses). Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
Deliveries outside New Zealand
International orders are sent using New Zealand Post’s International Air Service. Delivery to key destinations can take approximately one to two weeks. If your article is damaged upon arrival please notify us immediately on us@kauriclothing.co.nz or phone +64 3 366 8827. If your article fails to arrive within 7 days of delivery date, please notify us immediately on us@kauriclothing.co.nz or phone +64 3 366 8827.
Note: All prices are inclusive of a Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 12.5%. International orders are exempt from GST.
Returns Policy
If your garment does not arrive as expected or is damaged in anyway, then there is a 10-day no questions returns policy. Please contact us via our website if you experience any problems or would like to return the garment. Freight charges are not creditable. It is the customer’s responsibility to freight the item(s) back to Wild South Clothing.
Pricing Policy
All products are priced in New Zealand dollars, and GST will be subtracted from all International orders. We endevour to keep our pricing as up-to-date as possible, if a discrepancy exists on the website from in-store, then the customer will be informed to determine if they wish to proceed with the order.
Import Taxes
Wild South is not obligated to pay any taxes on imported goods. Duties and taxes on international orders are assessed by national officials of the country that items are being imported into, and billed to you separately. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. Any additional duties, import taxes or other costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Privacy Information
All information provided to Wild South Clothing is held on a secure server. That information remains the sole property of Wild South Clothing and will not be provided to any other organisation or company.
Server Security
The Wild South Clothing website operates on SSL secure ordering system. The website is Identity Assured using COMODO Authentication and Security. Any information can be submitted with confidence.
